For a limited time, SWOOP Analytics® will identify your high-performing teams on Microsoft Teams, so you can replicate their success fast.
SWOOP has developed research-led algorithms for identifying and predicting high performing teams from Microsoft Teams online interaction patterns. Validated through our extensive benchmarking studies, we can uncover your hidden potential for digital teaming success.
The best learning is when you learn from others. It’s even better if those others are in your own organisation, those who share your own business contexts and culture. The problem is, you most likely don’t even know who your high performing (best practice) teams are.
We analysed almost 100,000 teams across 33 organisations, and the majority of organisations had at least one ‘elite super-team’. We’ll uncover the best performing teams in your organisation so you can showcase their best practices.
When you trial SWOOP we will give you a custom report identifying your top 10 teams and ranking them against our database of 100,000 teams to reveal your ‘elite super-teams’, so you can replicate success. Fast.
Microsoft Teams usage is skyrocketing – but teams need help
Microsoft Teams adoption grew more than 600% in the past 12 months. We now know from our 2021 Teams Benchmarking Report that nearly 90% of staff are using only the call/chat/meeting features. Of the almost 100,000 Teams sites analysed, less than 3% were meaningfully active.
Seven expert consultancies who contributed to our report unanimously agree: The telephony functions may have saved us in the rapid move to a COVID-19 lockdown, but the most significant business value opportunity is in the digital teaming functions, and the vast majority of organisations don’t know how to unlock this value.
Encouragingly, we found 75% of the 33 organisations we reviewed had one or more teams in the top 1% (~1,000). We interviewed and developed 11 case studies from our top 200 teams. They are inspiring and a validation of SWOOP’s unique Teams rating algorithms. They were not predictable beforehand but absolutely verified in review. We believe your organisation will likewise have hidden gems of teams that can be identified and then leveraged by SWOOP’s teams analytics. Sign up for a free trial by August 31, 2021 and we will provide you with a list of your top performing teams. You will also be able to do a deep-dive into your whole Teams environment using the full SWOOP dashboard.
The practical stuff…
How do we get started?
Sign up and we’ll send you instructions. You’ll need a M365 Admin to authorise SWOOP access to your Microsoft Teams environment. Read about it in this support article.
What data does SWOOP need access to?
SWOOP needs access to Microsoft Teams. We are ISO27001 certified. Your data is hosted in a region of your choice (US, Canada, Australia, Europe/Ireland or Europe/Germany).
How long does the process take?
From the moment SWOOP is authorised access it takes just one day for everything to be set up. Then we’ll generate the list of your elite super-teams, so within two days you’re done.
Do we need any training?
SWOOP is very intuitive, so no training is required. We will spend some time with you explaining your elite super-teams, but we don’t consider that training.
What happens at the end of our trial?
You decide if you want to keep SWOOP running, or if you just want to grab the list of your elite super-teams and run away. We’ll delete all your data if you don’t keep SWOOP. We’ll keep certain aggregated numbers for benchmarking purposes.
What form will the benchmarking report take?
Our benchmarking uses only metadata and is therefore anonymous; we can’t even see the team names. But when we deliver the list of your top 10 teams, through your secured administrator account for your SWOOP trial, the team names are re-established. The report is delivered directly in the SWOOP User interface, showing each team along with its SWOOP performance measures. In a separate email, we will indicate to you where these teams are placed relative to the 300 elite teams identified from the 100,000 teams assessed in our 2021 Microsoft Teams Benchmarking Study.
If we want to subscribe, what pricing and T&C should we expect?
Pricing is based on the number of people you have in your organisation with a Microsoft Teams licence. You can also read our Terms and Conditions.
